Refund Policy

DBFlow Pro and other paid DBFlow offerings are digital software products delivered electronically. This policy explains when refunds may be available and how to request one.

Digital software delivery

When you purchase DBFlow Pro or another commercial DBFlow package, you receive digital goods such as a license key, private Composer repository access, installation credentials, or downloadable package files. Because delivery is immediate and electronic, completed purchases are generally non-refundable once a license is activated, a private package is accessed or downloaded, or installation credentials / Composer access have been used.

When purchases are generally non-refundable

A refund is generally not available after any of the following has occurred:

  • your license key has been activated;
  • the private package has been accessed or downloaded;
  • installation credentials or Composer repository access have been used.

This protects against delivery of a fully usable commercial software product while allowing fair consideration before access is consumed.

When refunds may be considered

We may consider a refund before license activation or package access, evaluated case by case.

We may also consider refunds for:

  • duplicate payments for the same order;
  • failed delivery where no usable license or package access was provided;
  • confirmed technical issues that prevent access to the purchased product and cannot be resolved in a reasonable time.

Refund decisions are made in good faith. Chargebacks or payment disputes without contacting us first may result in license suspension while the matter is reviewed.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the address used at checkout and include:

  • your order or receipt reference;
  • the product purchased;
  • a brief explanation of the issue;
  • whether the license has been activated or the package accessed.

We aim to respond within a few business days.

Payment provider processing

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment provider. Timing may depend on your bank or card issuer.
