Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

These terms govern your use of DBFlow software, documentation, and related services provided by DBFlow Labs. By accessing our website, installing our packages, or purchasing a license, you agree to these terms.

What DBFlow provides

DBFlow Labs provides software packages, developer tools, documentation, and commercial licenses for DBFlow — a model-first workflow engine for Laravel and Filament. Products include open-source or free packages (such as DBFlow Core and DBFlow Filament) and commercial offerings (such as DBFlow Pro).

Open-source and commercial licenses

DBFlow Core and other free packages are distributed under their applicable open-source licenses. Those licenses govern use, modification, and redistribution of those packages.

DBFlow Pro is commercial software. Access is granted under the license terms presented at purchase and through your order confirmation or customer portal. Unless expressly permitted in writing, you may not redistribute, resell, publish, share, or sublicense DBFlow Pro.

Acceptable use

You agree to use DBFlow legally and ethically. You may not:

  • violate applicable laws or third-party rights;
  • attempt to bypass license checks, activation limits, or access controls;
  • redistribute, resell, or publicly share commercial DBFlow Pro packages or credentials without permission;
  • use DBFlow to build or operate unlawful, harmful, or abusive systems;
  • interfere with the security or availability of our website, packages, or services.

License suspension

We may suspend or revoke license access for abuse, chargebacks, fraud, license violations, or other conduct that harms DBFlow Labs, customers, or the integrity of our products. Suspension does not entitle you to a refund where delivery or access has already occurred, except as described in our Refund Policy.

Software disclaimer

DBFlow is developer software provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. It is not a financial, legal, medical, or safety-critical system. It is not a BPM platform, AI wrapper, or replacement for your Laravel application business logic. You are responsible for evaluating whether DBFlow fits your application, compliance requirements, and operational needs.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DBFlow Labs disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of DBFlow.

No affiliation

DBFlow Labs is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Laravel, Filament, OpenAI, or any other third-party platform named on our website. Trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Documentation and website

Documentation, examples, and marketing content are provided for guidance. We may update, correct, or remove content at any time. During alpha or preview periods, APIs and behavior may change between releases.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our products evolve. Continued use of DBFlow after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
